150-600t/h Bulk Truck Loader For Powder/Particle Material Storage Industry knowledge

Hangzhou Aotuo Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. (AOTUO) has focused on dry bulk material port transfer equipment since 2003. The 150-600t/h Bulk Truck Loader For Powder/Particle Material Storage is our auxiliary-equipment answer to clean, high-throughput truck loading at cement terminals, fly ash stations, clinker yards and aggregate hubs. It loads bulk tank trucks and engineering earthwork trucks at 150-600 t/h with energy consumption below 0.1 kWh/t and dust emission at or under 10 mg/m³.

What This Bulk Truck Loader Does

We build this loader as a complete loading station: a telescopic spout with dust-extraction shroud, an integrated baghouse filter, a variable-frequency drive for flow control and a PLC with touchscreen interface. Powder materials such as cement, fly ash and lime, and granular materials such as clinker and aggregates, are handled by the same system with a changeover of approximately 15 minutes.

The enclosed spout keeps material inside the transfer path. Product loss and airborne dust are captured at the loading point rather than dispersed across the yard, which matters for terminals close to residential or protected areas.

Technical Specifications

Parameter Value

Applicable trucks Bulk tank trucks (powder); engineering earthwork trucks (granular)
Energy consumption <0.1 kWh/t (measured at main motor input)
Noise level <80 dB at operator position
Dust emission ≤10 mg/m³ with integrated baghouse filter
Loading spout Telescopic, 2.5-5.5 m extension, with dust-extraction shroud
Control system PLC with touchscreen; truck positioning guidance; automatic spout retraction on overfill
Power supply 380-690 V, 50/60 Hz, three-phase; installed power 75-150 kW
Material compatibility Powder: moisture ≤5%, density 0.6-1.5 t/m³. Granular: lump size ≤30 mm, moisture ≤8%, density 0.8-1.8 t/m³
Operating temperature -10°C to +45°C; wind speed ≤15 m/s for spout operation

Configuration Options and Line Integration

We configure the control system around the required line interface, whether the loader works as a standalone station or as part of a larger dry bulk transfer chain. The PLC can accept signals from upstream silos, weighbridges or terminal management systems, and remote monitoring and diagnostic capability is available for terminals that operate multiple loading points.

  • Spout liner: standard or heavy-duty for abrasive clinker and aggregates.
  • Filter media: standard baghouse or PTFE membrane for sticky powders.
  • Safety options: explosion venting for combustible dust.
  • Flow control: variable-frequency drive matched to the material and target loading rate.
  • Positioning: truck positioning guidance with automatic spout height adjustment based on fill level.

For terminals that also handle ship-side operations, our 300-1500t/h 800-50000DWT Rail Mobile Ship Loader For Loading Bulk Materials and 500~100000 DWT 300-1500t/h Environmentally Friendly Cement Clinker Ship Unloader share the same dust-control and automation philosophy, which simplifies spares and operator training across a project.

Application Fit

The loader suits cement terminals loading bulk cement trucks for distribution, fly ash loading stations transferring from silos to tank trucks, clinker storage yards loading earthwork trucks, aggregate processing plants loading gravel and sand, and lime or mineral terminals handling industrial powders. Construction material hubs that switch between powder and granular products benefit from the single-system changeover.

Capacity is stated on a cement bulk density basis of 1.2 t/m³. For lighter powders or heavier granular materials, the achievable rate shifts with density and flow characteristics, so we confirm the working point against the actual material before finalizing the drive and spout configuration.

Installation, Commissioning and Site Requirements

Each unit is factory assembled and tested before shipment. On-site work covers foundation anchors and electrical connection, and commissioning is included in our scope. The site needs level ground with load-bearing capacity of at least 10 t/m², a truck maneuvering area of roughly 20 m × 10 m, and overhead clearance of at least 6 m for spout extension. The cable connection point should be within 50 m of the loading position.

Operator training is a 16-hour certification covering spout control, dust system monitoring, emergency stop and material changeover procedures, with an annual refresher recommended. Rain protection is advised for outdoor installations.

Maintenance and Serviceability

Filter bags are inspected every 200 operating hours, with pulse-jet cleaning operating automatically on differential pressure. Bag replacement typically falls at 18-24 months depending on material abrasiveness and dust loading. Quick-change filter bags and wear-resistant steel construction reduce downtime on abrasive duties.

As a Custom 150-600t/h Bulk Truck Loader For Powder/Particle Material Storage Suppliers, we support the loader with spare parts, technical documentation and remote diagnostics. Our wider auxiliary range includes the Pulse Single Machine/Air Box Bag-Type Dust Collector Dust Removal Equipment and Belt Conveyor For Conveying Loose Materials/Finished Materials for complete station integration.

Quality Control and Project Support

AOTUO operates an A-level production workshop of 14,000 m² with testing equipment and a production team working under quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems. We hold more than 100 valid patents and software copyrights and are the responsible drafting unit for industry standard JC/T 2575 "Bulk Cement Spiral Unloader". This engineering background feeds directly into how we specify, build and test auxiliary loading equipment.

Our project team covers process, steel structure, machinery, hydraulic, automation and IT disciplines. For a bulk truck loader project, that means one point of contact from scheme consultation through design, manufacture, commissioning and after-sales support.

Information We Use to Configure Your Solution

To prepare a configuration and quotation, we work from the following project inputs:

  • Material type, bulk density, moisture content and lump size.
  • Target loading rate and daily throughput.
  • Truck types and fleet dimensions, including spout height range needed.
  • Site layout, maneuvering area, overhead clearance and ground load-bearing capacity.
  • Available power supply and distance to the connection point.
  • Dust emission limits and any combustible dust classification.
  • Upstream silo or conveyor interface and terminal control system protocol.
  • Local climate, wind exposure and whether the station is indoor or outdoor.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the system handle both powder and granular materials?

The loading spout uses adjustable flow rate and dust extraction settings. Powders run with a tighter seal and higher air volume; granular materials use a heavier-duty spout liner and reduced air volume. Changeover takes approximately 15 minutes.

What energy consumption should we expect in real operation?

Typical figures are 0.06-0.09 kWh/t for powder materials and 0.07-0.10 kWh/t for granular materials. The variable-frequency drive optimizes motor speed based on material flow, keeping energy use low at partial loads.

Can the loader accommodate different truck heights?

The telescopic spout extends from 2.5 to 5.5 meters, covering standard bulk tank trucks and taller earthwork trucks. A position sensor automatically adjusts height based on truck fill level.

What maintenance does the dust collection system need?

Inspect filter bags every 200 operating hours. Pulse-jet cleaning runs automatically on differential pressure. Bag replacement is typically required every 18-24 months depending on material abrasiveness and dust loading.

Is the loader supplied as a standalone unit or as part of a system?

Both. We supply it as a standalone loading station or integrated with upstream silos, conveyors and terminal control systems. Our auxiliary equipment range, including dust collectors and belt conveyors, supports complete station design.

What is included in the delivery scope?

Factory-assembled and tested loader, foundation anchor requirements, electrical connection guidance, commissioning and operator training. Documentation covers operation, maintenance and spare parts.
