Aotuo launches eco-friendly multi-material ship unloader

Aotuo has successfully launched another continuous-type environmental-friendly multi-material ship unloader.

Recently, another new-generation continuous environmental-friendly multi-material unloading crane independently developed by Aotuo. was successfully debugged and put into operation at the Yade Cement Port in Wuhan. This is the second of the same model multi-material unloading crane delivered by Aotuo. after the first one was put into operation 10 months ago. It indicates that the equipment has gained recognition from the customers and also marks that Aotuo. has reached a new level in technology in the field of bulk material handling equipment.

This equipment will work in coordination with the first-phase product to jointly supply materials to the shore conveyor belt at the wharf, forming an efficient and interlinked ship unloading operation system. It is worth noting that this ship unloading machine has the capability to unload various materials such as clinker, cement, fly ash, and coal, truly achieving "one machine for multiple uses", significantly improving the equipment utilization rate and the flexibility of the wharf operation.

In terms of environmental protection, this ship unloader is equipped with an advanced dust suppression system, which effectively controls dust dispersion at the source and ensures that the dust emissions during the entire ship unloading process meet environmental protection standards. This significantly contributes to the construction of a green port. The equipment adopts a special structure combining a wear-resistant material handling screw conveyor with a corrugated edge belt conveyor. The entire process is carried out in a sealed manner to prevent dust from spilling out.

In terms of durability and reliability, Aotuo has, based on the mature wear-resistant design of its first batch of products, comprehensively optimized and upgraded the wear-prone parts.
