The special training program for middle and senior management personnel of AOTUO has successfully concluded.

Recently, in order to further consolidate the foundation of enterprise management and enhance the performance capabilities and strategic execution ability of the middle and senior management team, AOTUO Co., Ltd. successfully held a two-day specialized training for middle and senior managers in the Party and Workers' Activity Room on the seventh floor. This training focused on four major goals: clarifying management responsibilities, unifying strategic thinking, enhancing communication efficiency and comprehensive management ability, and injecting new management impetus into the company's high-quality development.

This training specially invited Mr. Zhao, the executive director and deputy secretary-general of the Guangdong Human Resources Research Association, to serve as the main speaker. Mr. Zhao has been deeply engaged in enterprise management training for many years and possesses rich practical experience and profound theoretical knowledge. The course design closely aligns with the actual situation of enterprises, systematically covering core modules such as the cognition of management roles, the cultivation of core management thinking, high-dimensional communication skills, and the application of eight typical management scenarios. Through a combination of case analysis, scenario simulation, and interactive discussions, the participants can break through their fixed thinking limitations and master more scientific and efficient management tools and methods.

This training had a wide coverage and was well-organized. The participants included the company's leadership team, the heads of various centers, department deputy managers and above-level managers, as well as core key employees who had been approved. The special training was successfully held, marking a solid step forward for AOTUO in the construction of its talent pipeline and the improvement of management capabilities. The trainees were actively engaged in the learning process, with a lively atmosphere. They all stated that this learning experience deepened their understanding of the management role, enabled them to master strategies for dealing with complex management situations, and gave them confidence in future cross-departmental collaboration, team building, and strategic implementation.
