400 tph Tyre-Mounted Mobile Screw Ship Unloader for the Hainan Project

Highlight 1 – Full Tyre-Mounted Mobility: Zero-Restriction Dock Operations
The equipment features a heavy-duty engineering tyre chassis, eliminating the need for rail tracks or fixed foundations. It can freely relocate and flexibly position itself across the dock surface, easily accommodating multi-berth operation requirements. This significantly improves equipment utilisation and truly enables "one machine, multiple uses, on-demand availability."

Highlight 2 – No Occupation of Valuable Quayside Space, Releasing Critical Operational Areas
Breaking free from the conventional fixed unloader's "monopoly" on the front quayside, the entire machine can be moved to a rear storage area when not in operation, without occupying valuable waterfront working zones. This not only ensures efficient berthing and departure of large vessels but also preserves ample operational space for general cargo or container handling, maximising the utilisation of quayside resources.

Highlight 3 – Fully Enclosed Screw Conveying + Negative-Pressure Dust Suppression: Protecting the Blue Skies and Clear Waters
In response to Hainan's stringent environmental protection requirements, the equipment integrates a "fully enclosed screw conveying + targeted negative-pressure dust collection" system. Materials are conveyed in a completely sealed manner from the ship's hold to the truck hopper, with no spillage or leakage. High-efficiency dust collectors are installed at key drop points to suppress dust emissions at the source, supporting the development of green ports and preserving Hainan's pristine ecological environment.

Highlight 4 – Seamless Direct-Loading Operation, Eliminating Intermediate Transfer Steps
An innovative "ship–unloader–truck" integrated operation mode is adopted. After being elevated by the screw conveyor, materials can be directly loaded into trucks via a high-efficiency, environmentally friendly bulk loader, completely eliminating the traditional two-stage transfer process of "ship → stockyard → vehicle." This significantly shortens the logistics chain, reduces material loss during handling, and greatly improves shipping efficiency.

Highlight 5 – 400 tph High-Efficiency Continuous Operation, Delivering Stable and Reliable Throughput
With optimised screw flight geometry, the rated handling capacity reaches 400 tonnes per hour, enabling continuous, uniform, and stable unloading operations. Compared to intermittent grab-type ship unloading, the efficiency gain is substantial. This system is particularly well-suited for the rapid handling of light bulk cargoes such as grains, fertilisers, and sulphur, providing a strong driving force for stable project production and supply assurance.
