AOTUO's new environmentally friendly dust suppression hopper intelligent loader adopts the integrated design of "receiving material + dust collection + metering" in structure, which will effectively solve the problem of dust flying when unloading ships with grab buckets at the dock, and further improve the operating environment of the dock. In response to the current technical needs of unmanned tally at ports and terminals, the loader can be equipped with an artificial intelligence AI loading assistance system, which greatly improves the operation efficiency and meets the dual requirements of environmental protection and efficiency.
1. Super environment-friendly shipping environment:
The hopper body is composed of two layers of inner and outer cones, and an annular air duct is formed between them, so dust and ash can be collected
The four walls of the hopper are equipped with a long hole dust collecting port, so that the dust gas enters the dust collector evenly during use, reducing the dust pollution.
2. Artificial intelligence makes loading more convenient
The system is equipped with Alto's self-developed and industry-first artificial intelligence AI loading assistance system, which can realize unmanned operation of the whole process under highly informationized conditions:
① The truck driver can scan the QR code to connect to the terminal's unmanned tally system database to determine the type of unloaded cargo, ship type and other key operation information. After entering the current required loading volume on the mobile phone page, start the equipment with one key, and the belt metering device can automatically and accurately operate and discharge materials according to the required loading volume;
② Through the visual signal of the AI camera and the artificial intelligence algorithm model of the AI controller, when the loading material reaches a certain loading height, the AI controller will output a signal to instruct the traffic light to prompt the driver to move the car, or directly control the unmanned vehicle to move the car. The feeding device can automatically control the lifting and lowering according to the loading height, and the equipment will automatically stop running when the material is loaded to the weight input by the driver;
③ After the loading is completed, the loading information is automatically sent back to the terminal unmanned tally database, and the production report is automatically generated;
